House rules
Rules for harmonious coexistence in our mosque
وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ
“And cooperate in righteousness and piety.”
— Surah al-Ma'idah, 2
Dear brothers, dear sisters, dear guests,
these house rules serve to organize how we share the association's buildings. They help everyone feel safe and at peace. Please help us follow them.
House rules
The mosque is a place of devotion. Please preserve its dignity, avoid loud speech and disturbing those who pray. Keep the premises clean and well maintained.
Cleanliness is our principle. Please keep all areas — prayer hall, rooms, courtyard and sanitary facilities — clean. Eating and drinking in the prayer halls is not allowed.
All activities in the building require the association's approval.
Trading and selling in or next to prayer halls is prohibited.
Donations may only be collected and used for the mosque and association activities.
Distributing flyers or materials is permitted only with the association's approval.
Staying overnight in the building is not allowed except as part of association activities with explicit permission.
Please use electricity, water and heating sparingly.
Children are their parents' responsibility unless they take part in an association activity. Parents are liable for harm their children suffer or cause.
Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and on the grounds.
Parking spaces must be used according to the officially approved plan. Road traffic rules apply on the grounds. The association accepts no liability for vehicle damage.
Emergency exits and escape routes must be kept clear at all times.
Association equipment and materials belong to the association and may not be removed from the building without permission.
Disputes, unrest or breaches of Islamic etiquette and these house rules will have consequences.
Eating, drinking and sleeping in the mosque are not allowed.
Opening and closing times follow prayer times or association activities.
Leaving items, equipment or vehicles inside the building or on the grounds is not permitted.
The building is monitored 24 hours a day by cameras and an alarm system.
During the Friday sermon, any conversation is prohibited.
Mobile phones must be set to silent inside the building.
The call to prayer (adhan) and the start of prayer take place only with the imam's consent.
As there are few parking spaces, we ask visitors to use public transport where possible or walk to the mosque. Walking to the mosque is especially rewarded in Islam — every step counts as a good deed.

الإخوة والأخوات، الزوار الكرام،
وُضع هذا النظام الداخلي لتنظيم تواجدنا ونشاطنا داخل مبنى الجمعية بمرافقه المختلفة، ولتحقيق الراحة والأمان لنا جميعًا. فلنتعاون على الالتزام بتعليماته وتطبيق إرشاداته.
للمسجد قدسيته، فاحترمها وتجنب رفع الصوت في المصلى أو التشويش على المصلين، واحرص على نظافته وأثاثه ورونقه.
النظافة شعارنا فحافظ عليها وساعد على تحقيقها في كل مرافق المبنى، من مصلى وقاعات وساحة ودورات المياه وغيرها، وتجنّب الأكل والشرب في المصلى واحرص على نظافته.
الأنشطة داخل المبنى مهما كان نوعها تخضع لموافقة الجمعية شكلاً ومضموناً، وذلك ضماناً للنظام والانضباط واحتراماً للمسئولية القانونية والأدبية.
البيع والشراء غير مسموح بهما داخل المصلى وخارجه.
التبرعات لا تجمع الا للمسجد ونشاطات الجمعية ولا تصرف الا في هذا المضمار.
توزيع الإعلانات والمنشورات وأي شيء ممنوع إلا بأذن الجمعية.
المبيت في المسجد وببقية مرافق المبنى ممنوع، يُستثنى من ذلك ما كان في إطار نشاط جماعي تنظمه الجمعية أو تسمح به.
الكهرباء والماء والتدفئة نعم من نعم لله، فاقتصد في استعمالها.
الأطفال تحت مسئولية أوليائهم – مالم يكونوا في نشاط تنظمه الجمعية – وكل ضرر قد يلحق بهم أو قد يُلحقوه بغيرهم يتحمله أولياؤهم.
التدخين ممنوع في كل مرافق المبنى وفي ساحته.
مواقف السيّارات محددة بحسب المخطط الإنشائي المعتمد من البلدية ويجب الالتزام به كما يجب احترام قانون السير داخل ساحة المبنى. الجمعية لا تتحمل أي ضرر قد يلحق بسيّارة أو تسبب فيه سيّارة.
المخارج وممرات النجاة المشار إليها في المبنى يجب أن تبقى دائماً خالية من أي عائق يمنع استعمالها.
أدوات ومعدّات الجمعية وقف خاص بها لا يُسمح بإخراجها من المبنى إلاّ بإذن.
إثارة الفتن والمشاكل وعدم الالتزام بالآداب الشرعية والنظام الداخلي تعرض صاحبها للمسئولية.
يمنع الأكل والشرب والنوم في المسجد.
فتح وإغلاق المسجد مرتبط بمواقيت إقامة الصلوات أو النشاطات.
لا يُسمح بترك أي أشياء أو معدات أو سيارات في المسجد أو ساحته.
المباني مراقبة بالكاميرات وأجهزة إنذار على مدار الساعة.
يمنع الكلام أثناء خطبة الجمعة.
يجب وضع الهواتف على وضع الصامت أثناء التواجد في المسجد.
لا يؤذن ولا تُقام الصلاة إلا بإذن الإمام.
نظرًا لقلّة مواقف السيارات نرجو من الزائرين استخدام وسائل النقل العام قدر الإمكان أو المجيء إلى المسجد مشياً على الأقدام. فالمشي إلى المسجد مثاب عليه – كل خطوة حسنة.
